1. WHAT THIS PLATFORM IS

The Odds Network and TAHMAlytics are research and informational tools. We are not a sportsbook, betting platform, or financial advisor. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate wagering of any kind.

The signals, scores, and analysis provided by TAHMAlytics are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any bet.

2. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hit rates and accuracy metrics reflect historical data and are not a promise of future accuracy. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and no algorithm can eliminate that uncertainty.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bot, or automate access to the platform
• Resell or redistribute data from TAHMAlytics
• Abuse the voting or community features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the signal-stacking algorithm
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Pro subscriptions are billed at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees
• Access continues through the end of your current billing period after cancellation

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, algorithms, branding, and design on The Odds Network are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Odds Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions made using information from TAHMAlytics.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
